Interest calculations and when interest is credited

Type A: calculated on minimum monthly balance, credited quarterly (end March, June, September & December).
Type B: calculated on daily balances on the portion of balance within tiered rates, credited quarterly (end March, June, September and December).
Type C: calculated on daily balances on the whole balance at tiered rates,credited quarterly (end March, June, September & December).
Type D: calculated on minimum monthly balances credited June 30 and October 31.
Type E: calculated on daily balance, credited at maturity to your Fixed Term Deposit or credited weekly/fortnightly/monthly or on maturity to nominated account.

Type F: Tiered Interest, calculated daily, paid monthly.

Notes

1. Withdrawal period between 1 November and 31 January. We may allow early withdrawals at our discretion eg, in cases of hardship.
2. Withdrawable at maturity. We may allow early withdrawals at our discretion eg, in cases of hardship or special need. We may also reduce the interest to the rate applicable to our Ordinary Savings account.
3. Tiered interest. (Refer to our Super Saver Brochure BRO-16 OR Teen Saver Brochure BRO-15).

4. No interest is accrued when balance is below $2000
5. Minimum ongoing balance of $2000
