Phone banking is a convenient way to directly access your account 24 hours a day, everyday, using any touchtone telephone. It's a free service; you only pay the cost of a local call. Once you have registered for phone banking and obtained your unique access code, simply call 1300 369 900 (for the cost of a local call anywhere in Australia).
