To ensure we are still available to assist our members, Family First has a pandemic management plan that has been implemented to help ensure business continues as usual to the extent practicable. We are in an environment that is regularly changing, and our plan allows us to adapt to meet the necessary circumstances. Our communication will be quite measured given the seriousness of the issue however calm to ensure that we do not create panic. To this end, our objective is to focus on carrying on in a 'business as usual' manner however with some small changes to reflect the added hygeine measures required to ensure everyone's health and safety.

Our branches remain open, but if you are unwell,  have recently returned from overseas or have a reason to believe that you, or a person close to you, may have come into contact with COVID-19 (Coronavirus),  PLEASE DO NOT  come into any of our branches / offices. It is in the best interests of the health and safety of staff, members and visitors that you stay away.

All remote services remain available and can be conducted through your Visa Debit Card at merchant terminals and ATMs throughout Australia, as well as payments being able to be processed through our app, internet and phone banking facilities. Similary, most applications, including loan applications, can be lodged online or over the phone. If there is a transaction that you can’t perform remotely or you wish to discuss a matter with us, call us on 1300 369 900 and we can talk through your needs.
